The parking location was easy to find, and overall the car was fine to drive. However, there were several issues that affected the experience.
The interior was not as clean as expected, with quite a few small pieces of trash left inside. The front windshield also needed to be cleaned, as it reduced visibility during sunny conditions and at night.
Communication was the biggest issue. Leo was about 10 minutes late in providing the pickup instructions, and I only received them after I called him. During my trip, the car showed that it was due for an oil change. I reached out to ask about it, but I never received a response. Even after the trip ended, my messages still went unanswered.
Other than these issues, everything else was satisfactory.
