Haibo was an immaculate host and May the pick up and drop off experience simple of an easy. I took a solo trip to the mountains of Lake Tahoe, and his car got me there safely with no issues whatsoever. If I had to rent one of his vehicles again, I will definitely do so we with no hesitate.
