Pick up was great. Top was broken so we couldn’t enjoy the full Jeep experience on the island. There was an opening in the floor that allowed the heat from underneath to cook my feet and lower legs.
Great communication. Enjoyed having the ability to travel around.

This is the first time I’ve ever received a three star rating. As for the top it works fine. I told Elizabeth it was not that easy to maneuver. I even sent her a YouTube tutorial. Rag tops do let in some air and water sometimes, but I let every guest know before they pick up the jeep. The AC blows so cold in that vehicle that no one else has ever mentioned feeling any heat whatsoever. This guest crashed the Jeep, returned it late, and left all the doors open with the key in the vehicle. Ouch!

Quite literally the perfect car for the island. We split our trip between Waikiki and north shore Ace met us at our hotel to drop off the jeep making for an easy transition. On the drive to north shore the Jeep handled amazing even during a rain storm. It was great for visiting the beaches! Thank you Ace !

Bree returned the jeep with a full tank of gas even though I left her with 7/8 of a tank. I asked her not to fill it up, but she did anyway. The jeep was also clean. This doesn’t usually happen when someone rents a jeep and uses it to visit the beach. She was a great guest. I love Jeep owners. They get it!

I couldn’t ask for better car. This car is the typical Hawaiian car for you to rent. I only did it for one day, but I wish I had more time to keep driving it around.
