During a final inspection of the Jeep, I identified a maintenance concern that I felt could compromise their safety or travel plans. I chose to cancel 5 days in advance to ensure they had ample time to find a reliable alternative rather than risk a breakdown during their trip. Their safety is my top priority, and I hope to provide them with a perfect experience in the future!
