Isabelle was an absolute lifesaver! She was incredibly friendly, responsive, flexible, and reliable from the moment we reached out to her.
Our original Turo host, LA Auto Spot, cancelled our trip the moment we landed, leaving us stranded in the middle of the night with no vehicle. It was an extremely stressful situation, especially after traveling and expecting everything to be taken care of.
Thankfully, the next morning we were able to communicate with Isabelle, and she was able to get us a replacement vehicle very quickly. She made the entire process easy and stress-free when we really needed someone to come through for us.
The car was clean, reliable, and exactly what we needed, and our overall experience with Isabelle was excellent. She was accommodating, communicative, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us.
After the nightmare we experienced with LA Auto Spot, Isabelle completely saved our trip. We are so grateful and would absolutely rent from her again! Highly recommend Isabelle!
