Driver didn’t leave access the keycard, and valet wouldn’t take the vehicle.

Our standard practice is to provide guest access through the Tesla app rather than a physical keycard, since keycards are easily misplaced or lost when sharing a vehicle. For situations like valet services that require a physical key, we do provide the code to the glovebox as a backup so guests have access when needed. We appreciate you letting us know, and we'll make sure this is communicated clearly for guests who may be using valet services on their trip.
