Car was a fair price but didn’t have full self driving or lane assist. No app access either.

Thank you for your feedback. I do want to clarify that we discussed the Full Self-Driving feature the week prior to the purchase, and I explained at that time that it was not enabled due to safety concerns. I always try to be upfront about a vehicle’s features before a sale.
Regarding the app, the vehicle has a functioning key, so app access isn’t necessary to operate it.
I appreciate your business and am glad you felt the vehicle was fairly priced.

The car was in great shape. My first time actually driving a model x and loved it.

Trip went over mostly well but when i was misled by the in car app for charging at the end of the trip i was offered no compensation, or a waiver of the fee despite starting my drive of only 50 miles well in advance with time to charge and a nearly full battery. despite being there early to charge, and being lied to by the car no solution was given, i was just asked more questions. Also the range is awful as evidenced by the charge at drop off.
