The car had multiple scratches, dings, and dents for a premium car. The quality was not there for how much it cost.

Thank you for your feedback. As a 2020 vehicle, it has minor cosmetic wear, but it is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and mechanically maintained before every trip. We found no evidence of the reported stains, odors, warning lights, or brake concerns, and none of these issues were reported during the rental, which would have allowed us to address them immediately.
