Great experience overall! The SUV was clean, comfortable, and drove great. The owner was very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the rental. Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop-off, and I really appreciated how helpful he was. I would definitely rent from him again. Highly recommend!

I checked out yesterday around 5pm and spoke to Chet the owner of the car about where i left the car in parking. Apparently he did not respond to the request of my early check out with Turo to make my flight home and instead Turo is now suggesting I am beyond check out time today.

I’m not sure what you are talking about. You were checked out on our side. No issues on my side. We do a two day minimum on your reservation and it closed out correctly. You didn’t post the parking directions on the Turo app but did send me a message where you parked it so we picked it up as requested. Maybe with Turo’s new format that caused a problem but you weren’t charged for a lot return. You should call and talk to Turo.
Amazing and easy experience! Would definitely recommend again! :) Car was clean and kept up, and we had zero issues!
