The car was clean with a full tank of gas but that's about all I can say for this trip. Communication was awful. I booked the car a month in advanced and asked if it could be left at the airport for me. Got absolutely no answer til the day of. Instead of having the lockbox numbers ready for me I was meet at the house by a women who gave me the combo and took the box. Which made drop off difficult because there wasn't anyone there when I went to drop off the vehicle.
Success is measured by how many people we blessed in so many ways in my understanding. You blessed me with that trip and I am far away to have taken that opportunity for granted. My clients are my true asset not the cars!
I dedicate most of my time to impact people not the money. Life circumstances happen, please receive my sincere apologies for not offering an outstanding service. Every business believes in valuing a learning curve from every mistake we make and we'll do better.
