Host messaged and said car would be remotely unlocked after I messaged when I was at the car. Host was unresponsive for 30mins which forced me to get a taxi to hotel as it was already midnight. Host did deliver car to my hotel early next morning which is why the rating

Everything was great, the host was super accommodating and kind from start to finish, went above and beyond to help us when outside factors created a couple issues/hiccups. Truly saved us on our car-dependent trip. The car was very nice. Recommend fully.
