Communication for pick up was terrible! Instead of answering my question they told me to call Turo! Wasted a lot of time trying to receive the rental.

Your review leaves out important facts. You chose Philadelphia Airport. We requested that you submit your driver’s license for verification the night before your trip. However, you did not begin communicating with us until after your trip had already started. Instead of completing the required verification, you repeatedly demanded the vehicle’s exact location in an aggressive manner, even though we explained that we could not provide it until Turo’s verification process was complete.
