John was great to work with for my rental car needs. I needed a reliable rental for my wife and three kids for our three-week Baltimore trip. The vehicle was received with a full tank of fuel and clean. I had no issues with the vehicle's functions. I did note that the USB port did not charge our phones when plugged in with a USB charger. However, there was a functional full power supply in the rear that I could use to charge our devices. Overall, it was a great experience; the vehicle is excellent on fuel mileage, and I would recommend John and this car if you’re interested.
