Felt like the car could of been more clean in the inside,the transmission felt like it was slipping a little bit and the truck need new tires for sure! But overall had a nice and safe trip in the ride and wouldn’t mind booking again after thoses problems is fixed! Hosted was very friendly and pick up spot was easy!

Only giving 4 stars because car could’ve been cleaned up a little better. Slightly smelled but wasn’t unbearable. Looked like it was vacuumed but needed windows cleaned and seats were really dirty after using a cleaning wipe all of with all plastics like dash and cup holders. Also the brakes could use some work. They were kind of scary using them and at times didn’t feel safe but the overall the vehicle was exactly what I needed and got me to my destination there and back. Thankful that the host was able help me with any questions and answered quickly. Unfortunately I had a rock crack the windshield on the drive. But again host was helpful with the situation. Would love to rent from this host again in future.

If i could leave zero stars i would. Car was wrecked upon pick up. Three bald tires. Host wanted to do nothing to rectify by cancel the trip. Has absolutely ruined our family vacation. I really hope turo helps us out here
