Overall things went good except for not being able to attach to the Bluetooth

This was my first time using Turo. Overall, the experience was cool, but communication could have been better. I accidentally entered the wrong pickup time and asked to pick the car up about 2 hours earlier so I wouldn’t be late for work. The request was declined, which I completely understand. Later, I reached out about extending my trip but never received a response.
My main concern was the car itself. It would start, but at times it acted like it didn’t want to start up, which made me a little nervous. Other than the communication and that issue with the car, everything else was fine.

SUV was a little older. Had a few issues and I just had do deal with it since I had plans and couldn’t get another similar SUV. Made my vacation trip a problem. I just hope they can get the car to a mechanic before listing the car as available for use.
