From the smooth contactless pickup to the pristine interior, this rental was flawless. The host was incredibly responsive. 10/10 would rent again!

Great car overall — the Maserati Levante 2023 drove really well and was in good mechanical condition. Communication with the host was decent and generally responsive.
The only downside was the condition of the car at pickup. It was not clean — the exterior and especially the rims were very dirty, and it looked like it hadn’t been washed for some time. I understand there had been rain, but for the price point, I would expect the car to be delivered fully clean upon pickup.
The host did respond and offered for me to come back the next day for a wash, but that wasn’t very convenient for me. I ended up getting the car washed myself the following day at my own expense.
Overall, a good experience and a great car, but the presentation at pickup didn’t match the premium price.
