Car had no pictures that driver passenger side was hit
Guest returned the vehicle with collision damage that was not present at check-in. Detailed timestamped photos clearly showed the car was damage-free before the trip. Despite being shown the evidence, the guest denied responsibility and falsely claimed the damage was pre-existing. Hosts should document everything carefully when renting to this guest.
