Car has malfunctioning charging ports is very loud and needs work

Thank you for the feedback. I’m sorry you experienced an issue with the charging ports. I appreciate you bringing it to my attention. ( This issue has now been fixed)
That said, I do wish the vehicle had been returned to the correct designated location and with the fuel level restored as required according to the trip requirements.
I always strive to provide a clean, properly maintained vehicle and a smooth experience, and I will continue working to deliver the best possible experience .
Clean car smooth pickup and drop off just trouble with charging phone which prevented me from doing what I booked for.

I only wish I had been made aware of the charging issue during the trip rather than after the trip had already ended. I would have been happy to resolve it right away, as it was a simple fuse replacement. I always make myself available to my guests during their trips, so I’m disappointed I wasn’t given the opportunity to address the issue while you had the vehicle. Hopefully, in the future, you can reaching out to host so that issues can be resolved in real time rather than after the trip ends
