The car would shake while driving and something was leaking on my foot while I was driving

I rented this vehicle two days ago, and as a repeat Turo customer, I am extremely disappointed with the condition in which it was provided.
Upon arrival, the vehicle had a strong odor that smelled like animals and dogs, making it unpleasant to drive. In addition, the vehicle had significant pre-existing exterior damage that raised safety concerns. I also noticed that the brakes did not appear to be in good condition, which further impacted my confidence in the safety of the vehicle.
As a frequent Turo customer, I expect vehicles to be clean, well-maintained, and safe for renters. Unfortunately, this vehicle did not meet those expectations. I would appreciate Turo’s review of this matter and an appropriate resolution.

Host was okay but the vehicle was not to my expectations. Vehicle was dirty. Bad smell. Brakes were squealing. I would definitely NOT be renting this vehicle again.
