The quality of the car was on point, it was cleaned up and ready. The pickup location was in a great spot. The host customer service was on point. I had no problems with communication or anything.

The car was perfect with the exception of the gps, connection issues, giving wrong routes etc. The ride was smooth and it’s quite spacious for a small suv. Now booking was a different story. I can’t tell u who to book with but communication with the host was not good. If you plan on renting book 1 hour in advance of your appointments because he will wait 30 mins to unlock the vehicle per Turo guidelines . I was late to where I needed to be because of this. I’ve never experienced this in all my years of using Turo. The host messaged me to let him know when I arrived at the vehicle. I did and had to wait in the heat for 15mins before he finally unlocked the car remotely. Ur experience might not be mine but this is what happened to me on a very important weekend taking my son to college. I will rent this vehicle again but not with this host.
The guest didn’t inform of any issues with GPS. I always ask if there are any issues to please let me know to provide trouble shooting options if any issues arise. As per Turo guidelines hosts have a 30 minute grace period to respond or coordinate pick up after a reservation starts and guests have up to 2 hrs. I have never had an issue with a guest being late or responding to a message late as life happens. Guest had access 12 minutes after reservation not 15. Guest threatened to call police.
