Rear AC panels not working so it gets warm in the back. Other than that, non-issues.
We’re sorry to hear you had this issue. I wish you would have reached out. The rear A/C can be controlled from the front of the vehicle. Please reach out if you have issues like this the host can generally help you.

Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience. When we picked up the car, there was trash everywhere inside, it smelled very bad, there were gnats and flies from leftover food/trash, and the tank was completely on E. The inspection/check engine light was on the entire trip as well. We also had a difficult time getting in contact with Chris during both pickup and drop-off because he did not answer the phone. We communicated these issues to the owner and no accommodation or resolution was offered. Overall, this was a very poor experience and I personally would not book with this host again.
I’m sorry for your experience. Your trip was booked last minute with less than a 30 minute notice. I called and explained why the car was not ready due to the previous guest. I was also traveling and was out of town. It was unfortunate. You did not have to book this car and could have picked a different car. Instead you left a terrible review and left the car in terrible condition.
This was unfortunate and I try to accommodate all our guests the best we can.
