Unfortunately, this rental was a nightmare. The vehicle malfunctioned 3 separate times during my 4-day rental, leaving me unable to drive it for approximately 30–45 minutes each time while I waited for the screen/system to restart. The first incident caused me to be late for work, and the second caused me to be late for a work meeting.
By the third day, I no longer trusted the vehicle enough to use it for the trip I had specifically rented it for because I was concerned about being stranded. The issue then happened again that evening when I went to charge the vehicle.
I contacted the host and/or Turo each time and documented the problems. Ultimately, I was only refunded $43 despite the repeated malfunctions and being unable to reliably use the vehicle. I understand paying for the time I was able to use the car, but I do not believe this experience justified nearly the full rental cost. I would not rent this vehicle again.

We did our best to accommodate for your needs throughout, even offering to exchange the car while it was having issues, but you refused and rented a different car
