DO NOT RENT THIS CAR or from Them. I specifically asked them availability of all advertised features after reading previous reviews. They mentioned about non-functioning navigation and safety features. When asked, owner said everything is functional and car has FSD. After taking the car from the parking spot, I reached out when I got the first error. The owner tried to blame it on customer expectations and on Tesla. I have been a Tesla owner for 10 years at this point. Did all the recommended steps per manual and google. This is not a software issue, it's a hardware issue. Car is way past due on service and other routine requirements for upkeep. Even the windshield wiper fluid was empty with.
Wasted money and time. Do not recommend wasting your money or time with this car or group until they upload proof of all advertised features.

Sorry the trip fell short of your expectations. Before pickup I answered your questions on features and FSD. After you reported errors, I explained the issue in detail and sent articles on likely causes, including how driving style affects Autopilot and FSD. Tesla confirmed this Model Y’s FSD system had no errors. Empty washer fluid is a simple refill, not a hardware failure. Happy to review anything else through the platform.
Great host super flexible and would definitely recommend even though it was me who went over the time. Want to make sure you take care of this host by just throwing in a nice wash even if it’s a cheap one. Appreciate it all cheers

The exterior had light dust after rain the night before. Autopilot/FSD worked for the trip except the one evening you noted in messages; Tesla can pause those features based on driving inputs.
Tire pressure commonly drops with elevation after mountain driving. The windshield was fine, and the listing photos show the car’s actual condition. We replied to explain how the systems work. Sorry it wasn’t a better experience.
Was overall a pretty good experience
