Thank you for the feedback, Brian! While it required three separate phone calls to walk you through navigating the basics of the Turo app—the functionality of which is, of course, entirely out of our control—we are glad you ultimately managed to enjoy the CX-90. Regarding the exterior cleanliness, a severe desert monsoon blew in the night of your pickup. Unfortunately the weather is also out of our control. We hope to host you again in the future!
This was so easy! I was nervous because it was our first time and I am so glad we chose Turo! The instructions were so clear and I will definitely do this again in the future.
