Alex was absolutely wonderful to work with. I experienced a medical emergency during my trip, and he was incredibly understanding, compassionate, and helpful throughout the situation. His kindness and flexibility made a very stressful time much easier to manage.
His car smelled wonderful and was also pristinely clean, making for a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and communication was outstanding from start to finish.
