The SUV got us where we needed to go with no major issues, but it clearly showed its age — high mileage and heavy prior use were noticeable throughout the trip. There was a persistent musty odor in the cabin, along with notable exterior wear (lots of dents/scratches), and the owner was upfront that a previous renter had a minor front-end accident before our reservation, which we appreciated. Performance-wise, acceleration felt sluggish and gear shifts were noticeably delayed and loud. Communication with the host was good and honest, which we valued.

Rhonda was an outstanding host. She was professional, responsive, and made the entire rental process seamless from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, fuel-efficient, and drove exceptionally smoothly. Everything was exactly as described, and I had a great experience.
