I personally inspect/disinfect the car before and after every rental to ensure it is exceptionally clean and ready for the next guest.
The vehicle has consistently received positive feedback, including all 5 star reviews, and have also had a repeat customer rent the car before and after you without reporting any odor or cleanliness concerns.
Regarding the fuel, the vehicle was not returned with a full tank as required. Refueling charge is simply to cover the cost of filling the tank back to full
