Car, host, check-in, check out flawless as usual. This is my first time renting an EV in Phoenix, I wasted 90 minutes, going to three different shell, rapid charge stations, all inoperable and ultimately ran out of time to recharge my vehicle before having to head to the airport. Likewise, there was no option to use the provided charging cord with an outlet at my accommodation in Scottsdale for an overnight charge
