I’m giving 5 stars because the communication was excellent, and the pickup and return process was very easy and convenient. Also, the interior of the vehicle was very clean and well cared for.
The exterior, however, had numerous dents, dings, scratches. I personally get anxious when renting a car that has cosmetic damage trying to ensure I captured every mark to avoid any potential disputes when returning so feel folks should be aware of that prior to renting.
