Was great! I got off my first plane ride ever! and got into my Tesla rental, all was great! Communication was good, everything was basically hands off, really cool experience. Car was clean, would book again! I Recommend if you come to Boise Idaho!!! I come from ct!

I rented the Tesla Y for 30 days at the monthly discount rate of $41.25 per day. ($75 per day + 45% discount). The Tesla broke after 10 days and the owner agreed to end the rental early and give a refund. However, when he gave the refund, he tried to charge the full $75 per day because he said I no longer earned the monthly discount. I called the owner on this, and he still refused to give the $41.25 rate. I called Turo who immediately gave me the $41.25 rate and made everything right, but potential renters should know he even tried this. Also, the Tesla had a broken right front headlight and was in shabby shape overall. Owner knew about these defects and didn't disclose them before delivery. Overall, unfortunately I found this owner to be quite shady.

Happy to clear things up for future guests. The car never actually broke down. It had a minor software glitch and stayed fully drivable the entire time. When she got frustrated, I voluntarily agreed to end the trip early and even let her keep driving at no charge as a courtesy. Refund and discount amounts are set entirely by Turo, not the host, so I genuinely cannot change them. I am just glad Turo was able to step in and resolve everything quickly.
