Shantu and Joshua were truly wonderful hosts. They were kind, responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure our trip went smoothly. We were traveling for an important medical appointment, and their thoughtfulness and flexibility meant a great deal to us.
The Outback drove beautifully and was very comfortable for a long road trip. The adaptive cruise and other driver-assist features were especially appreciated during many hours on the road.
There were a few vehicle issues worth noting: Android Auto would not connect for me despite troubleshooting, the passenger-side mirror was damaged but functional, the driver’s seat showed significant wear, and the tint on the front side windows was extremely dark and noticeably reduced visibility, particularly at night.
What stood out most, though, was how well we were treated. Shantu and Joshua were immediately responsive whenever I reached out, actively tried to help with issues, and were incredibly gracious when our return plans changed.
I would ABSOLUTELY rent from them again. Excellent hosts and genuinely good people.

How was really great. This was first time car was rented and we had a few concerns that I communicated and were addressed. Overall, rental went very well and saved us money over renting from Budget Rental. Thanks
