Chase and Ethan were super responsive throughout the trip. We did have an issue with the dashboard and infotainment system. It didn’t disrupt the vehicle running or feel less safe. Chase was quick to respond and provided support timely and efficiently. We were able to finish our reservation with no further issue. The car itself is super nice, clean. Pickup and drop off were easy and the instructions were clear.
