Overall, it was a good experience. However, it was very concerning that the SUV had a leak in the washer fluid compartment and we had to refill it twice in a matter of about a week. This issue made us lose several hours one day when we were driving across a snowy road and turned around after about an hour and a half in, due to not having washer fluid and being concerned about visibility while so far from civilization. The owner refunded the washer fluid costs and about $20 worth of a refund. There were also several random items left in the vehicle when we picked it up . If you rent this vehicle, make sure they fixed the washer fluid leak beforehand.
