I understand vehicles age but I do not feel the host was transparent enough about the numerous issues the vehicle has. A day into my trip the service suspension warning came on and resulted in a very harsh ride for the remainder of my trip. There is a loud popping sound when you are trying to back out of a parking spot probably due to a bad ball joint. The infotainment system CarPlay doesn’t work and half of the screen is unresponsive to touch. This made controlling the rear climate control very difficult. The rear climate controls are also unresponsive. The rear climate control was stuck on hi temp making things very uncomfortable for my kids. All of the wheels have damage and the ride was not as smooth as you expect from a Cadillac. The unlock button does not work on the drivers side door. This was a very stressful rental after many prior successful and enjoyable rentals I have had. Turo roadside assistance will not assist you unless you have a “break down”. I unfortunately will not be renting from Turo again.
