The trip was good but the Turo app and team’s performance in terms if customer support is poor.
We honestly do not understand this rating, as we maintained communication with you 100% throughout the trip and always did our best to help.
The only issue involved the platform directly, not our team or the vehicle.
We truly feel this rating is unfair and very harmful to us.
