First time using Turo. Communication was good. Trip was extended due to finding a nail in the tire. But overall good trip.

The vehicle we rented had a mechanical issue when we picked it up and we called and notified the owner immediately. We returned the vehicle back to the original pick up spot of the owner and called the Turo company for a full refund. The owner approved of the refund and fixed our issue there with the company still trying to charge us for one full day even after we explained what happened. The owner was great helping us resolve this issue. The rental company Turo don’t approve of they tried to steal from us. Rick I would not mind renting from you again since you have other vehicles to use as well and making things right with this. You are a great host. Thank you.

Nice clean car, drop off and pick up process was very smooth. And there was enough room for my family with the third row seating.
