The host is very friendly, accommodating and swift to respond! The only thing better than a great car is a great host and for their professionalosm, I'll be booking in the future!

The car quality was unacceptable and the vehicle did not run properly. The check engine light came on repeatedly and the vehicle wouldn’t accelerate while driving on the highway 4 different times during the trip. I expressed my concern about the safety of the vehicle and was rudely dismissed as if it was a trivial matter. The host was less than hospitable, when I asked could the vehicle be picked up due to it quitting several times and even insinuated that the issue was due to my having the car for 7 days. The car should’ve been road safety and ready before my trip. To make matters worse, I was traveling with 4 children.

We kindly ask our guests to read other reviews to confirm that we take good care of our guests. Kelly tried to negotiate excessive mileage and gas fees. She got mad when we did not provide that.
Car runs good. Host was made aware of check engine light and tire light. The most disappointing thing was the inside of the car, seats were dirty, smelled like feet and old dirty shoes. Even seen a couple of bugs. Won’t be renting from this company again.
