3rd time renting. Car is great. Clean and no smells. Great customer service.
There is some type of error though — “start/stop service unavailable” keeps popping up on the dashboard.
Yesterday at a red light, the car was in drive, the error popped up on the dashboard and the car refused to go until I pressed the push to start button.
Possibly an error due to the gas preservation feature.

It was very easy to find the car and it was in good condition. My only comment is the car air freshener was very very strong. I couldn’t tell if it was trying to cover up other smells, but it was overpowering.
