While the car is nice, the check engine light was on. I also had to drive with expired tags. Communication wasn’t that great. He said it will be fixed though so give it a try because it is a nice car.

Although, the communication wasn’t the best, with this not being able to reach her,I still strive to accommodate the Guess. Her commutation was ideal, leaving the car open and not meeting the Host/myself. I’m not comfortable leaving a 2026 45K vehicle open. I put the key in her hand and I wanted the same, hence the reason for meeting in person. I mentioned to her that the check engine light is on because it needs an oil change, which I do monthly bc of the frequency of the vehicle being rented.
Cheveyo was great! He delivered the car to us at the airport and welcomed us with a bag of snacks, sanitizer, paper towels, and a trash bag. The car was great and he communicated well.

Awesome car, stellar service from Chev. Very responsive and any questions or problems I had were met with courtesy and professionalism. He really made this rental process the easiest part of my family’s trip. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind only working with him again on our future trips.
