Communication and customer service is very important to me . When renting a vehicle from any business, the condition , safety and overall experience of the vehicle is important to the customer. Going down the highway, especially by yourself day or night you need peace of mind. That's the point of renting a car .Unfortunately, this vehicle did not make me feel that way. When I rent from the airport I would never drive away with a car with the check engine light on. Honestly it would never be available for a guest to rent . Check engine light on, slow communication, and the car being dirty is not acceptable. It's just about professionalism. Hopefully, those things will be taken care of in the future.
