Trunk half full with owner personal stuff
I almost never use the vehicle. I am not sure what he is referring to, possibly my co-host overlooked something from the previous guest or he is referring to the basket of cleaning products I kindly supply.

The vehicle was not cleaned inside and out. There was smell of smoky marijuana smoke. The host did apologize and advised that what can she do to help with reimbursement with getting it clean but that should not have been my responsibility. There was a light that kept coming on when I googled the light. It said there was some technical issues and then another service light kept coming up. The whole state advice has been a while since the vehicle has been serviced, which I feel like these things should’ve been taken care of before renting the vehicle out a constant check of your vehicle when it goes out multiple times is a must My first time renting Arturo and the experience has me questioning if I would do it again
I completely agree it should not have been her responsibility. In addition to apologizing profusely I also offered her extra $ for wasting her time & the inconvenience.
I explained w/pics & examples the light is my Audi telling her it will not be able to brake in time bc she is following too closely. She is just wrong.
My Audi is rented 90% a month, it's hard for me to get everything right all the time.
You can know in confidence I will always do my best to fix and compensate you though.
