The vehicle itself was fine and the host was responsive. However, the windshield washer fluid reservoir was completely empty when I picked up the vehicle. Driving through Texas highways with heavy bug splatter significantly affected visibility, and I had to stop and purchase washer fluid myself. This is a basic maintenance item that should be checked before every rental.
Thank you, Hieu. Usually, the car always notifies me when the washer fluid is low. As soon as you notified me, I asked you to feel free to purchase it, and I reimbursed you. I did so at the time of return; I reimbursed you for the washer fluid.

Instructions were easy. Host was great. Had the car right where he said it would be. Car was awesome to use. Would definitely rent through him again.
