The car was making loud belt or engine noises from day one, took host 4 days to reply.

No issues before and none after you turned in. It’s a brand new car with less than 10k miles on it. I shouldn’t have given you 4 stars for how dirty you brought it back. Based on your baseless review. You were upset you couldn’t cancel the rental. You also could have called out sent a text if there wasn’t a response. Yet you chose to still drive it for 2000 more miles.
