If you are renting this Premium Tesla Y, note, the owner has it set to Chill acceleration, and it cannot be changed. What's the point of renting this model without the Premium engine features? Yes, the interior is nice, but not worth it with it locked to "Chill". This vehicle alao has Starlink installed, however, it seems to not work. Most of theTuro is going the way of the traditional car rental agencies. Gone are the days, at least here in Orlando, where you are dealing directly with the vehicle's owner. Previously, it was no big deal to use "Manage Drivers" on the Tesla app to send the renter the "key" via a text msg, which takes 2 seconds to do. I own 2 Teslas and know how easy it is. Now, at least with this owner, they charge you extra for key access and you must do it prior to your rental day. Ridiculous, nickle and diming now and zero flexibility. I was told I would need to file a request with Turo to adjust the rental and add the remote key charge. The South Park Parking area is huge and it takes quite a while to and from the terminal.

Doesn’t read any messages, or add extras such as the Starlink dish or the Tesla app access. He was warned Turo do not let you add after your trip has begun. He thinks everything should be free & blames us for Turo’s policies.
Regarding chill mode: We always unlock it for anyone that is polite and respectful. This guy was rude from the start, no way we would turn off safety features for him.
We have 1000’s of trips, and are an all-star/power host. We get 1 of these guys every 100 or so. 💩

Naree was a fantastic host! The 2026 Tesla Performance Model Y (Bandit) was top-of-the-line, immaculately clean inside and out, and offered at an unbeatable price for the quality.
Communication was top-tier—Naree gave super detailed instructions on everything, including parking navigation and Turo policy guidelines regarding potential fees, so there were zero surprises. The pick-up location wasn't ideal, but given Turo's airport/location policies, it was managed as seamlessly as possible thanks to her clear directions.
As a Tesla owner myself, I always prefer driving one when traveling for the comfort and familiarity, and having Full Self-Driving (FSD) included made getting around Orlando infinitely easier.
I highly recommend Naree and Bandit. I will definitely be reaching out to book with her again next time I'm back in town. Thank you for everything, Naree!
