The pickup pin was 300 meters away from my actual location. The ride was cancelled unexpectedly, and I was intentionally charged an excessive fee.
We gave clear instructions that the vehicle was parked on row 21. However, he had a very hard time understanding basic row numbers and decided he would look in all other rows except the number we told him to go (and posted pictures of the sign showing row 21). He then began to hurl abuse. We waited 7 hours extra for him because his plane was delayed. Instead of gratitude we got abuse.
