I rented this vehicle for two days, and unfortunately it was not a good experience. When I picked it up, the car had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to drive. I had to keep the windows down most of the time because the smell was so bad.
The check engine light was also on when I received the vehicle. I notified the host right away, and they told me it was related to an ignition coil and that the dealership had supposedly reset the computer. Regardless of the explanation, the vehicle did not drive properly. It shifted roughly, felt like it was misfiring, and did not seem to be in good mechanical condition.
I understand that issues can happen, but I don’t believe a vehicle with an active check engine light and noticeable drivability problems should be rented out. I hope these issues are addressed before the car is rented to someone else.

This is like my 4th car rental and every time has been great no issues at all but this time the car I got had a really bad smell to it where I had to use the rental all weekend with the windows down. Great rentals just this one needs a shampoo detail at it finest. But great host to rent from and great cars.
