Very satisfied customer ☺️☺️☺️☺️It was quick and smooth especially in a time of need when my car broke down and I was not able to get to work. Smooth and reliable and very dependable . I will definitely be renting again thank you for everything

This was my first time using Turo, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience. Before even leaving with the vehicle, I had already spoken with the host and had to put air in the tires twice. The tire issue continued the very next day, and then again the following day, requiring me to add more air each time.
I reached out to the host about the repeated tire pressure problem, but they told me it was my responsibility to keep up with the vehicle’s maintenance. I do not believe that is reasonable, especially since the tire light came on the day after pickup and the issue was clearly ongoing from the start of the trip. This made the experience inconvenient, frustrating, and concerning from a safety standpoint.
