I had to wait 30-45 minutes before getting the car from owner.. The car drove excellent more than enough room for passengers and luggage,

The delay was only 15 minutes. We informed you prior the trip that the car will be washed and the delay of 15 minutes is possible, but you came 20 minutes early for pick up - which is not our fault.
