Scheduled my pick up time for 10 o’clock am was not actually able to leave or receive the car with the keys to the car until about 10:54 am and to help myself with the process I arrived about 15 minutes early. Tried to communicate with the host did not receive an answer. Had to call support to finally get the process going and then had to wait 30 to 45 minutes to receive the car after already waiting and going past the initial pick up time no reimbursement or anything. Then when I finally did get the car, there was crumbs everywhere in the seats and dirt all on the floor so the car isn’t clean, but we’re expected to bring it back in pristine clean condition. First experience. Worst experience. Won’t be happening again. Was entirely late and had to reschedule my entire trip due to not being able to leave until about after hour my pick up time.

Everything was amazing especially the accommodations by the hosts. I have rented multiple vehicles on Turo and this company is the best. They put the customer first and do all they can to make sure your rental experience with them is elite. I will definitely be renting from them again if not using them as my primary rental hosts.
