I’ve taken many Torros over the last several years and the cars are good sometimes bad sometimes etc. At the end of the day, I believe that the host and the communication is the most important piece of a successful trip. I will tell you that the communication For this trip is by far the best I have ever received; not only where my messages responded to within moments, no exaggeration, but precise instructions were given as to how to pick up the car but also exactly everything I needed to know on how to return it. The piece of mind when traveling admit so much chaos to not worry about the little things makes all the difference in the world.

With that in mind, I give the car in the comfort and cleanliness and all else associated with a five star rating. Unfortunately Toro will not allow me to give a separate rating for the host and also would not allow me to give the rating to. Give six star rating to the host. Thank you so much And I hope that the next time I use Turo I get someone even half as good as you. And anyone reading this review, feel free to message me to find out if I’m exaggerating.
